using dataset `dair-ai/emotion` #114

When loading "emotion" only, I got the following error:

FileNotFoundError: Couldn't find file at https://www.dropbox.com/s/1pzkadrvffbqw6o/train.txt?dl=1

But "dair-ai/emotion" seems to work fine (and is one of the most downloaded models on 🤗)
