How to run brat on Ubuntu after installation? #1315

Hi!

I have been trying to run brat-v1.3 for almost month, but I haven`t succeed. During brat installation I followed all steps presented in section on installation (http://brat.nlplab.org/installation.html#setting_up_working_directories), I red brat troubleshoting section (http://brat.nlplab.org/troubleshooting.html) several times, but nothing happened. My browser is Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 which is said to be supported for brat. I have tried to run brat on Apache2 HTTP server in Ubuntu as it is said in installation section, and the message I can see after brat running is "Not Found/ The requested URL /~brat/ was not found on this server/ Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at 172.17.0.1 Port 80". What should I do to solve this problem?
