Hi,

I'm trying to download brat for the first time. The download from https://brat.nlplab.org/ of version 1.3 currenlty does not work (for me at least). The page http://weaver.nlplab.org/~brat/releases/brat-v1.3_Crunchy_Frog.tar.gz does not respond.

The release page says "There aren’t any releases here," but it looks like you can get it at https://github.com/nlplab/brat/releases/tag/v1.3_Crunchy_Frog .
