These commits add Modbus UDP support.

Was succesfully tested using an Ebyte E810-DTU gateway in UDP mode.

Nice. Didn't even know Modbus over UDP was a thing. One minor nitpick in the optional argument description, otherwise, thanks for the thorough pr!
