Exercise option year contract for Long Beach Carnage

Co-Op funds are available to fully fund the CWPA contract (Long Beach Carnage). However, the following may still need to be done:

• [ ] We may wish to add language on when we desire to have biological samples shipped to us, however that might not be possible since CWPA does not subcontract out with CDFW, like OGSI does with WDFW
• [ ] When exercising the option year, we should include the planned transect routes and waypoints.
