Quick fix here, that I am about to take care of @bbest
So rmarkdown 2.5 (released October 21, 2020) turned anchor sections to "on" by default, which is how you get the annoying hashes like below:
I am going to turn anchor sections to "off" and then rerender all model windows (to eliminate the hashes)
