I purchased the Dial recently and didn't realize until after installing it that the Logitech Options software would take over from Mac Mouse Fix. I have an MX Lift mouse and I can't exclude it from Options , so it made my mouse experience rather subpar. I'm a paying Mac Mouse Fix customer and ended up uninstalling the Options app so that I could keep my much smoother mouse experience.
Rationale
Adding this feature would be great for customers with Logitech mice that would also prefer to use Mac Mouse Fix, even with other Logitech peripherals that would normally use their app.
