Load Background image and set scale factor #12

Describe the task:

load background image, like a map.

Allow the user to define a scale of the map, i.e. how large a room is and 
calculate the correct proportions.

added a menu option to change size of the project site and saved the width and 
height to the ProjectSite

TODO: nothing happens, if some drawables are outside of the map. How should we 
handle this case, delete the drawables, even if they are MeasuringPoints?

TODO: implement handling of meters, instead of only pixels

added OkDrawable to ScaleLineDrawable and set the ScaleSliderDrawables as 
subDrawables of ScalLineDrawable. Refactored code a little bit.
