Split cw operation, xmt vfo(b) changes freq while xmtg. Xmtd out of band w/o knowing it! #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Split CWR op on 30m w/PwrSDR-IF running.
2.CWR (Reverse) causes software to force back to CW from CWR until I keep 
pushing CWR several times.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
VFO-B set to 10105.01 but at some point while xmtg, xmt vfo(b) was at 10.097.  
I may have been OOB for 5 min. or more.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.19.3.5.  1.3GHz P4 Dell w/win XP pro. Kenwood TS-850SAT, LP-PAN w/EMU-0202 
USB.  de W2HE
