Clarification needed. Is the UIID websocket interface also limited by the 50,000 requests per month?

Clarification needed. Is the UIID websocket interface also limited by the 50,000 requests per month?

Currently, there are requirements for interval time and transmission frequency, and no limit on the total number of messages(To be modified in the future)
