[tuner] Combine multiple log files #95

Now there will be 3 logs generated by autotune.py

  1. autotune_###.log: Provides a trace of the script's execution steps.
  2. output.log: Captures outputs generated during the script run.
  3. result_summary.log: Summarizes important info and spec contents of top candidates
