Hi, I'm a co-organizer for the nodeschool right up the road from Boston, in (Portland Maine)[https://github.com/nodeschool/portlandme]. We just did our first session and it was awesome. I was just wondering what you guys plan on covering for the first session? We struggled a bit with keeping it scheduled enough to make it work for everyone, so one thing I'd recommend is time boxing each workshop. Good luck to you guys!

Hi Shawn, great to meet you! The details for the event we are running are here. Our plan is to limit the attendance to 80 people with about 10 - 15 of them being mentors. Our meetup has pretty big range of experience so we are going to break the group into four different tutorials; the expectation being that each participant will complete a tutorial. We have allotted a total of 2 hours; the first 30 minutes being dedicated to socializing and pizza. In your experience do you think that sounds reasonable?
