To reduce the numebr of clicks that are required, to acces the data, my proposal wold be to change a little bit the navigation flow as follows.

the list of the Dataset (https://databrowser.opendatahub.com/dataset-overview) becomes the home of the tool
the actual home of the tool is shifted in an About page
About is added to the top menu of the tool
change the "How To" link in the top menu to the right point in the wiki: https://github.com/noi-techpark/odh-docs/wiki/Data-Browser
