FWIW this seems to result in a HTTPS error when visiting noisetor.net in my browser now. that's probably not a lot worse than the fail-to-connect-to-a-downed-host that was happening before, but thought I should mention it.

@radii Yes I couldn't generate a cert for noisetor.net until the domain was pointed to a server I had access to :-) .
