Add fosshost virtual machines #301

I believe we have two virtual machines donated to Noisebridge from https://fosshost.org in the last two years which X has been managing. I'm hoping we'll add both of them to our formal rack infrastructure so they can be co-managed with greater ease. If we do not need the second, it would be nice to offer it to sudoroom for their infrastructure.
