Consider replacing ng-jackspa with carla #2

https://repo.or.cz/ng-jackspa.git is working great for now, but it will be fiddly to change the pan settings of running plugins - https://kx.studio/Applications:Carla is configurable via OSC so might be easier if we want to extend the patcher for further flexibility (such as varying panning whilst running)

Closing as we seem to be happy with ng-jackspa for the moment.
