Should be able to close the popovers from anywhere #117

(David) I cannot close the Add Pictures or Transfer Ownership interfaces without clicking back on the buttons above them. Maybe, I would like to be able to click elsewhere on the page to cancel the boxes.

I agree with David. Clicking elsewhere on the page to cancel the boxes is normal. Popover is wrong tool for this usage.
