[Suggestion]: Config for worldgen / command block structure spawn.

Description of feature request

I believe that a general "Distance from spawn that a Storm Spawn Platform can generate" config option would benefit a lot of people working with this mod. I would personally love at least a "Range" option for this, if not direct control of the exact generation, down to the coordinates if that's feasible. It would help prevent players on a server from stumbling across the platform too early. As an added bonus, pack makers could make it into a longer quest to find the platform AND help prevent player structures near spawn from being destroyed. My current workaround is to just remove the naturally generated platform and replace it using "/place template" with a variant farther away. Let me know what you think!

the structure range is a good idea, but the coordinates of spawn can already be changed via datapack IIRC

This wouldn't be possible currently with the current implementation but I may consider looking into this further in the future

Not 100% sure but I think I saw a mod that prevents the structure from spawning.
