Mini bug #9

Hello!

First of all thanks for the great plugins!

Only thing is that I had a little bit of problems with the first example of the "More examples". (http://noreiller.github.io/bootstrap-modal-carousel/more-examples.html)

There is a little bug (see image) where you forgot in the code the closing div tag of the carousel. Its not a big problem but I had an error so I'm just letting you know :). So other people won't have to look for it anymore.
