NoDa require a lot of memory in importing large tables #6

This is not an issue with TSD infrastructure, rather a limitation of the NoDa web interface. Currently it loads the entire table into memory during import, which is suboptimal for large tables such as the polygenic risk score table.

Won't fix - no need to prioritize this.
