Added whitelist to keys #1

Added very simple whitelist system to keys. This allows to set only a set of users that can see the key.

Used for sensitive keys in a proyect.

A text field with comma separated values is used to store whitelisted user id for simplicity. Perhaps no the best aproach but the simplest.
