SauceNao tags not added #14

I tested the SauceNao with 280 images and Hatate says that the images were not found, however when I search for them manually, Ican see them on Saucenao and access the tags. I will test again later, will close this issue if I can fix this myself. If not, I'll add a comment and elaborate

So, it seems pretty random if an Image will be found and tagged I made a search with this Image: https://img3.gelbooru.com//samples/d3/64/sample_d36473efab62283d2e3be7b42ae10877.jpg and it reported this: grafik A manual search resulted in the image being found with a 94,7% accuracy

Hi, I've effectively noticed some cases of a search not giving any result while manually re-doing the search for the same image afterward works. I'm not yet sure if this is IQDB/SauceNAO sometimes denying a request or if it's a problem in Hatate's logic, but I'll look into it. Also I'm thinking of adding an option for automatically re-doing a failed search, possibly with the other, non-selected search engine as sometimes SauceNAO gives valid results when IQDB doesn't and vice versa.
