No LICENSE file #48

Hi,

Please don't take this as whining, but I don't see a LICENSE file in the project repository. Unfortunately, the project cannot be legally interpreted as open source due to the absence of such a file. Is it possible to clarify the situation by choosing an appropriate license?

Great theme! Thanks for your efforts.
