Even after https://github.com/notandy/ympd/commit/88b2aa70c89d7f9ca249b9bdd70f514e94805282, with the included .service file (I'm on Arch Linux), ympd can't connect to my mpd instance. I'm using no password.

I had to edit the service to remove --mpdpass from the command line.
--mpdpass
