Add support for Django >= 3.0 #194

Remove support for Django < 2.0
Remove support for Python < 3.5
Tested with Xapian new stable version 1.4.17

Coverage increased (+0.9%) to 100.0% when pulling ce4fc3bb4d74314ce1a7eeb605fbdc65032664d1 on cenobites:feature/django3 into 2247b23d3cb6322ce477d45f84d52da47a940348 on notanumber:master.

Getting django 3 support would be amazing!

According to this issue it appears that xapian-haystack is currently unmaintained - so we probably cannot hope for an official release supporting Django 3 anytime soon if noone else steps in as a maintainer...

I added Django >=2.2 support in 97f54ed. Your patch contains other improvements, feel free to suggest them in new PRs (separated by concern, please). Thanks.
