Looks like the new version (v1.2.0) is not in the release of github.com/veraison/go-cose. Its Releases still shows v1.1.0 as the latest release. Do we need to hold this PR until the new version appears in the Releases page? (There's only one change in the new version though: https://github.com/veraison/go-cose/pull/146.) /cc: @shizhMSFT
