[N3DS/2DSLL/PSV] Game insde SRAM was not enabled #119

I install the retroarch in N3DS/2DSLL/PSV When I select picodrive as the core to play MD games. I can't use the in-game SRAM But when I select genesis-Plus-GX as the core, the in-game SRAM was enabled. The phenomenon is same in the N3DS/2DSLL/PSV platform. Can you please take a look and fix it.
