What?

Pull request to add functionality to get and submit scores using Leaderboard API service.

Before merging

The following requirements are to be met:

[x] Create a new game in the Leaderboard API service
[x] Add functionality to get the scores from the project's game.
[x] Add functionality to display the scores in the corresponding ul.
[x] Add functionality to submit scores to the project's game.
[x] Add refresh button event listener.
[x] Add a submit event listener to the new score form.
[x] Add validation for a non-empty name and an integer score, with an error message.
