2 years ago I have the same issue with Tarkovsky's 'Mirror' from 1975. Even though the year is in the file name the first movie Nova picks is 'The obescene Mirror' from 1973, so it is even from a different year.
Problem description
On some files, when searching for a title in Russian, another movie wirh a similar title is returned, even if there is a movie with an exact match of the title In some cases, even the year may not match, although it is indicated in the file name
Steps to reproduce the issue
Enable TMDB search in Russian Add the following files to your library Слова (2012).avi - it founds Влюблённые в Киев. Три слова (2011) - but there is Слова (2012) Комната (2015).avi - it founds Военная комната (2015) - but there is Комната (2015) Звездный путь (2009).avi - it founds Звездный путь: Встреча капитанов (2009) - but there is Звездный путь (2009) Мир Юрского периода 2 (2018).avi - it founds Мир Юрского периода (2015) - but there is Мир Юрского периода 2 (2018) Одержимость (2014).avi - it founds Одержимость Майкла Кинга (2014) - but there is Одержимость (2014) Прогулка (2015).avi - it founds Прогулка по солнечному свету (2014) - but there is Прогулка (2015) Риддик (2013).avi - it founds Риддик: Удар в спину (2013) - but there is Риддик (2013)
Expected behavior
If there is an exact match by title, that particular movie should be returned
