odoo-formio fails to install when ir.config_parameter has ir_attachment.location=db #242

If Odoo has been configured to use the database to store attachments; ie ir.config_parameter has key=ir_attachment.location, value=db

odoo-formio installation fails with: 2023-06-28 21:19:51,555 11320 WARNING healthbox odoo.addons.formio: Could not immediately download and install formio.js version v4.14.14. Error: expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not bool
