Allow the user to use color icon for tokens.

  1. Update portfolio page
  2. Update create operation flow
  3. Update operation page

The user should be able to select which type of icons (color or not) to use in Settings. Nova Walelt mockups example https://www.figma.com/design/gxiTwQeCqwAqyq86fBchEK/Feature%3A-Portfolio-view?node-id=1-7145&t=3EUPqFhvzRPolP79-4 By default colored icons has to be used when the app is installed.
