Multisig. Can't reject multisig operation as a proxy #2643

Description

When user has a proxy on signatory - there is no way to reject the operation.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add multisig, where you have a proxy to signatory for
  2. Go to multisig operations
  3. Try to sign an operation with proxy

Expected Behavior

Can sign via proxy

Actual Behavior

The app does not detect that the user can sign an operation

Decided to keep proxy unable to sign multisigs
