Talisman gives extra copies of ruins and knights #486

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Talisman
2. Buy Ruined Library

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If, after gaining the first Ruined Library, the top card of the ruins pile is 
named Ruined Library, I expect to gain another Ruined Library.  If it is not 
named Ruined Library, I expect to only gain the first Ruined Library.

This also applies to Knights.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Issue 485 describes a similar problem with Ambassador, and mentions the 
relevant rules.
