Add Kodi module to import logs from Kodi Mediacenter #82

This adds a module that is based on the memacs csv module and allows for importing log files from Kodi e.g. exported through KodiPlayEventLogger to solve #57.

A threshold for pauses can be defined.

Right now there is no option to create a link to the file since Kodi might be running on a different machine than Memacs.

Somehow, I must have lost my task to merge this. What a bummer. Thanks for this module - I will test it myself soon!

@DerBeutlin ad "lost my task": I just found out that I shot myself in the foot with the latest major changes of GitHub notifications I did not learn well enough resulting in losing track on a couple of things: I somehow marked things like this with the flag and did not understand that they will vanish from the "notification inbox" (sic?) so that I have to visit a different page in order to see flagged items. I assign GitHub 40 percent of the blame for this unfortunate incident. ;-)
