G.M. layer elements: OD sources, scenarios, processing to PCT format #20

I'm checking which data sources (msoa, sex%, OD data) can/should be into private data folder.

Hi Alvaro, please ask Anna via email - this is not a technical issue but a decision to be made, so closing for now. Happy to re-open if necessary.

It was just a comment. Re what to put where, understanding the sources is relevant (e.g some datasets look the same as in Census, but the content in GM is not confidential, because is derived/predicted). In case of doubt, for now we can put all layer data in ../private data.
