Maine Senate scatterplots are not displaying correctly #351

This may have to do with the same bug we ran into with the county table, where (we think) the candidates/parties shown are taken from the top 2 candidates from the first county/township alphabetically. Abbott township hasn't reported yet (as of this writing), so ( the code may not know what to do with it. (Update: Abbott has reported and we're still seeing "ind vs. unknown" in the scatters.)

resolved in a668a70c43bbbb8d76d3e9a4666460c0b4265b3b, but worth another look at how this component is constructed, as with the table #335
