Can't find the OBLIQUE MPR tool anywhere in 4.5.1 #591

Describe the bug. What happened?

I've just updated to v4.5.1 and the changelog says oblique mpr has been implemented. I can't find it anywhere. Is it really implemented? Is there any kind of setup needed to activate it? Thanks in advance.

4.5.1

As the release notes are automatically generated, this was an error due to a wrong label status.

Oblique MPR is currently under development and will be available in a future release. I hope in the next release.
