Offer old style plots #111

Reinstate support for:

Hiding legend (legacy and dufte styles)
Controlling line width (legacy and dufte styles) - Fixes #82

Provide options to enable:

Legacy graph style (not dufte)
Color blind friendly colour scheme, using tableau-colorblind10 (legacy style only)

Added additional tests to cover plot command line options and restructured tests to be more modular
