Corason will not run #15

Hi,

I tried running corason using the tutorial. However, it wouldn't read the required arguments: --queryfile, -q --rast_ids --special_org, -s

But it always outputs: File -q does not exists (if -q is first argument) File --rast_ids does not exists (if --rast_ids is first argument) File -s does not exists (if -s is first argument)

I'm not sure it's an issue of the installation because the help page appears when I input run_corason.
