Add type definitions on readme #157

This issue is a real pain to solve and is not documented.

Thanks for the PR. Sorry it was not handled previously. With the later NS versions, anything under assets dir is automatically bundled in the application via webpack. We could still add this to the README if you feel it is necessary. Do let me know. Thanks.
