Improve Featured content element (now labelled Content Block)
Remove configuration for setting file types, as not set here
Updated list of subtypes in ElementalLinks subtypes configuration
Add Card Carousel support to ElementalList (from feat-card-carousel branch)
Support Subtype values of linklist / link-list (BC)
Add Card Carousel support to ElementalLink (from feat-card-carousel branch)
Remove FeatureTile template, mark deprecated, it's not in nswds v3
Improve image loading in templates
Card: pass in variable to trigger link opening in new tab with attributes
