socket: path to services file miscalculated #72

On flight computer, bfr is looking for bin/1.1/services even though the VERSION is 1.0a. Perhaps this is expecting TMBINDIR to be defined?

Hard-coded default path of bin/1.1 needs to be replaced with an error message
