cmdgen: change version format for multi-architecture builds

I use the date/time of compilation as the version, but since we need to build for multiple architectures, each build will have a different time, and the versions will not match. The version string should instead be based on the contents of the output files.

I propose:

Eliminate all generation date information from the output files
After generation, run the output files through md5sum
Use the output to define a new version string
Write the new version string to ver.h
