More on thesaurus of subjects #170

It is great that you added bf:authoritySource to Topics from 6XX $2, for example:

bf:authoritySource "lcgft" ;

The name of the thesaurus is also available for most other 6XXs in the second indicator. Please add it in the same property.

0 = lcsh 1 = lcac 2 = mesh 3 = nal 5 = cash 6 = rvm 8 = sears

Indicator 7 is already covered because values are in $2. Indicator 4 means that no source is given.
