Blood: Add vanilla mode option

This PR exposes the internal vanilla mode flag used for demo playback, so users can experience the original DOS game logic for Blood.

I have tested to ensure this does not break current demo compatibility or multiplayer.

Additionally, various position calculations handling the messaging printing logic and 2D map view have been improved.
