I'm refreshing the idea in https://github.com/numbats/numbathackathon/issues/3#issue-560062265

Some of the data sets from ETC5512 Wild-caught data, some put together for ETC5521, and various others, could be time to bundle up more that can be generally used for teaching.

Getting started:

1. Data sources document how to pull data together: a. https://www.ala.org.au using the galah package b. weather data using the rnoaa package c. tourism data from downloaded from Monash A-Z Databases "Tourism Research Australia online for students"
2. Document the data collection process
3. Use the current compiled data to make some examples of analysis
4. Compile into data package
