Create “About” section for each year #42

@rossbar We need to create a separate page for the About section for each report as partnerships will vary year from year. What do you think would be the best solution for this?

My mental model for the About section is that it just describes the survey project in general terms rather than reflecting specifics of any given year. Re:

My sense was that any such partnerships/collaborations that warrant specific mention live in the Acknowledgements page, which per #39 is specific to the individual year.

What makes sense to me is to update the wording in the current About section to indicate that it is an annual survey. I have no strong preferences though, other than avoiding making a yearly About section since that would introduce complexity for (IMO) a rather small payoff.

@rossbar I will close this issue since we have already decided on the approach for sharing the results for each year.
