Devops debug and minor modifications

• Add a ".env.production" for frontend (probably need to add this file in .gitignore too)
• Add a simple Makefile
• Set hot reload for backend (hot reload doesn't work with nginx in production. Can maybe change to PM2 latter if you have time.)

Great stuff ~ I'll check that out 1st thing tmr. (i wonder if it works if i do docker exec ... to reload nginx manually inside docker)
