Can't get list from chan.sankucomplex

I'm using Windows XP and I can't seem to get the list from 
chan.sankucomplex.com cause it give error:
01:10:26 chan.sankakucomplex.com: @thread.execute(): 
http://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post?tags=tiger_%26_bunny+rating%3Asafe: 
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

The tag used is: tiger_&_bunny rating:safe

But if I try it on Windows Server 2008 it totally works. So I'm guessing this 
is a OS issue

Can't really tell, why is it heppen. Not enought data (is not looks like anyone 
alse with XP encounter an issue).

Don't you  use any "internet security" or "anonymizer" things on PC? Is looks 
like XP grabber do not write "Referer" string when trying to get a pics 
(referer - is a link, where from user trying to get an access to an URL, some 
resource do not allow it).

Nevermind XP is going to die tomorrow so not worth fixing it. I'll just use my 
win server 2008 pc
