Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Not sure if this is considered as a documentation bug, but upon reading the value proposition the first thing that stood out to me was the claim that the application is "the only tool" to keep tutor todos and responsibilities in check. In my opinion, the CS1101S tutors are free to us any other todo tracking application in the market to track their responsibilities, so this expression may not be very appropriate.

Team's Response

Thank you for your issue. We understand the frustration you have faced when you read the introduction to our UG. However, we seek your understanding that Jarvis is indeed the only tool to keep both tutor todos and responsibilities(missions, quests, consultations, mastery checks) in check. Jarvis being the only tool that makes CS1101S tutors' lives easier, is a value proposition that supports our target users. Furthermore as the user guide is for the purpose of appealing to the user and guiding them through the user guide, the value proposition which we have chosen to present in our user guide achieves its intended behaviour.
